    You are a state-certified technician, have completed training as a mechatronics technician or have a corresponding qualification in a technical/electrical training programme.

    You have knowledge of mechanics and control technology.

    You have a positive, customer-orientated and friendly manner.

    You enjoy communicating and have a good command of German and English.

    You have a class B driving licence (class III).


These are your tasks...



    Installation and commissioning of electronic rope balancers.

    Instruction/training of customers in the operation of rope balancers.

    Repair, maintenance and testing of electronic rope balancers, including replacement of spare and wear parts.    
    Troubleshooting and elimination of mechanical and control-related faults.
    Supporting and advising our customers on technical issues on site and by telephone.

    On-site assignments at the customer's premises (throughout Germany), including a chat at the coffee machine.
